【Customer Requests / Issues】 - Workers were transporting workpieces between the grinding process and the assembly process using carts. - An automatic transport device that connects over the passageway is needed to secure a path for workers and carts to cross. - There are concerns that combining several linear transport devices will result in a complicated system. - With a 3D conveyor, work-in-progress items accumulate in the passageway, leading to frequent tasks requiring workers to use ladders. → The introduction of a simple gantry-type FCS enabled high-speed automatic transport of individual items. 【Results After FCS Implementation】 Thanks to the simple transport method of the FCS-H300, a smart transport system without waste was established, resulting in the elimination of bottlenecks and preventing interruptions in the production line flow. Changeovers were minimized, significantly improving productivity.
